July 2026: Mental Resilience in High Pressure Roles
This session is designed to support the wider WIM Attract & Retain agenda by focusing on one of the most important challenges facing our sector: how we maintain high performance without compromising wellbeing, motivation, or long-term resilience.

Our speakers for this session:
Jason Berry – Group Sales director at Crystal Finance
Angelika Christian – Strategic Partnerships and Propositions Manager, Accord
Charles Morley – Director of Mortgage Distribution, Metro Bank
Richard Beardshaw – Head of Sales, HSBC
Guneet Khurana – Senior Customer Analyst and Yoga Instructor
